Are plugs and ear tunnels sold in pairs or individually?

Each plugs on our website is sold in pairs, and the listed price is for two plugs.

Stretching tools and some body jewelry are sold individually.

If you have any questions, please check the product description.

Do I need to register to purchase items?

You can check out as a guest, but registering as a member allows you to store information (such as your address) so you don't have to manually enter details at checkout.

A registered account also allows you to view all previous orders, accumulate points, and access more discounts.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express (Amex), Discover, UnionPay, Diners Club, and PayPal.

Please note: all payments are processed in USD.

If you are an international customer, the current exchange rate will apply.

Will I receive an order confirmation email?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email almost immediately. Orders cannot be placed without payment, so if you did not receive a confirmation email, the order may not have been successfully paid. The email will include your order information and order number. Sometimes, our emails may be automatically sent to the spam folder, so if you did not receive the email, please check your spam folder.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery time varies based on the shipping method and location you choose. We have a processing time of 1-2 business days.

Please note: ensure the delivery address is correct.

We offer two shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Free shipping, usually takes 4-8 business days (excluding weekends).
  • Priority Shipping: Requires a fee, usually takes 3-4 business days.

Please note: these are estimated delivery times, and some slightly remote areas may take an additional 3-5 business days. For international customers, if the package is held by customs in your country, it may take an additional week to arrive.

Can I change my order?

If the order has not yet been shipped and is still being processed, please contact us immediately for any changes.

This includes changing styles, sizes, addresses, etc.!

It is our duty to change the order for you before it is shipped.

Can I change the address after the item has been shipped?

You can change the address before it is shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change it. Please ensure the correct delivery information is entered at checkout.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the USA, Germany, Spain, France, the UK, Italy, Australia, the Netherlands, Canada, and Mexico! There are shipping issues in many countries.

so if your country is not on the list, we currently cannot ship to that country.

How much is the shipping cost?

  • Standard shipping packages: Free shipping (4-8 business days)
  • Priority shipping packages: $19.00 (3-4 business days) (Please note, these times are after order processing, which takes an average of 1-2 business days to ship.)

Please note: for some countries, we do not currently offer priority shipping. International orders do not include any customs duties that may be applicable based on your country's tax laws.

We are not responsible for these fees, and they must be paid for delivery.
Additionally, global shipping may be delayed by customs for up to a week. We cannot control these delays or import duty charges.

We usually ship all orders within 1-2 business days.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Believe it or not, this happens often.
If you realize you entered the wrong address before shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. However, if your product has already been shipped, it is most likely to be returned to the sender.
We have no control over the delivery of the item and do not know why the address is returned.
The postal service will consider the address incorrect, insufficient, unlocatable, etc., and will return the item to us. Once returned, we will refund you. We will not refund until the item is returned to us.
Please allow one week for processing your refund after the return date.

If you wish to resend the order to a new address, please contact customer service, and we will arrange for a resend.

How do I return an item?

Within 90 days from the date of receipt, whether used or with damaged packaging, we can return or resend the item if there is a quality issue or an order error.

Please contact our customer service team first and provide the order number and reason for the return.
After review, we will provide the return address and specific instructions.

How long does it take to process a return?

Return processing may take up to a week.
We will notify you via email once we receive the item.
